Scam Description

In November, I received a shipment of Keto diet pills from a distribution center in Tennessee. I did not order these pills and there was no other identifying information in the package – no slip or address of the sender. There was a bill for the pills but no address to even send money to. I put them aside, not sure what to do but assumed it was a mistake.
In December I noticed that my credit card was charged for two separate purchases for $49.99 and $159.99 to Happy Farms Apple Cider out of Florida. I disputed them with my credit card company as I did not recognize the business nor did I receive any apple cider shipments. My credit card investigated but stated the seller proved they delivered product to my home. I called the Happy Farms company to see what product they sent me and they said it was the Keto pills. They could not explain how I ordered these, only that they had shipped them to me. I said there was no identifying information and that I did not order their product and never would. They just kept saying I had to take it up with my credit card company and hung up on me. I do not believe this is a legit business and wonder how many others are getting mystery shipments of pills that they didn’t order.
