Scam Description
The company uses YouTube to promote their hair company. They use video clips of other successful hair company and advertises as if the products are theirs. They have a website and are promoting different types of sales to attract customers. I was scammed by their “Christmas sale” which was their any 3 wigs for $59 or any 6 wigs for $99. I thought the prices were too good to be true, however they have fake reviews (well reviews/testimonials and pictures of other hair companies) posing as their own so I fell for it. They are false advertising they are presenting 100% human hair glueless wigs but are sending customers synthetic wigs that look absolutely nothing like the pics they have on the website. Unfortunately I went back to the original youtube vid that lured me in and saw other comments from ppl who were warning ppl that it was a scam and that they were stealing your personal info and to not purchase from them Unfortunately it was too late for me…
RED FLAGS
1. I did not receive a confirmation of purchase right away (when I did receive it was flagged as spam in my email folder)
2. Showed up on my credit card statement under a totally different company
3. Their only contact info they have is an email (which when I conversed with whomever I was emailing the email included errors such as spelling and grammar mistakes
4. They are advertising fast shipping however it took 23 days for me to receive 6 low quality synthetic wigs (that i did not order)…other customers said it took them a month to receive or they didnt receive anything at all.
5. All the wigs on the site are the same exact price no matter the length, color or style. They all are displayed to have been $199.99 and are on sale for $28.99
Because so many are being scammed There’s a Video also on youtube where they are exposing the company and even state that when they get reported they just change their company name..so its discouraging knowing there is a chance they may never be stopped because once ppl are aware the company doesn’t even exist anymore.
I’m not exactly sure where they are located. Their website says they started in NY and have a building in the us but doesn’t mention the city. Within the email it contained some symbols I copy and pasted into google translator and it confirmed it was Chinese so I can only speculate…that they may be located in China
At this point I just want them to stop taking advantage of people because although I lost $105.96 I’m more upset about them getting over on hundreds people and the fact that they don’t care that they are scamming people just for money
I HAVE PICS, EMAILS AND EVEN SCREEN RECORDED THINGS AS PROOF!!! Just in case they magically disappear (change their name)
