Scam Description
I opened an account last month, when I returned today it was closed without my consent. When I inquired why it was closed, the bank claimed they had none of my personal information. I watched them make a copy of my license and place it in my file last month. So far I have wasted well over an hour, and I am being told to open another account. If my account had more money I am sure this would not have been handled the same. I am sure they took copies of my info but I am unsure what the representative did with it, and the branch could not tell me either. Be aware this branch losses confidential and personal information.
