I called the support number to inform I did not make any purchases. Was advised funds to be refunded. I was provided a link for Anydesk application so they could provide secured link to Cancellation and Request Refund form from the Better Business Bureau. The link showed the BBB loco. I filled out my personal information. They had me log into my bank account for the refund. Nothing happened. Tech advised would put supervisor on since having trouble with the refund. Supervisor got on called. Advised problem sending refund to my bank account. Will need me to log into my PayPal account and he would send refund directly back to PayPal account. Asked me about the security code to current credit card on file. I started to state that this whole thing sounding fishy. Supervisor asked what was sounding fishy. I said this whole thing sound like a scam. Supervisor hung up. I called the support number back. The original guy answered phone. I said that I was just on phone with them. He hung up. I have messaged PayPal automatic assistant. Awaiting response. Have removed credit card from Paypal. Have closed bank account.
