Scam Description
I bought a pair of shoes on Urbandel’s website in December and received confirmation that my purchase had gone through their system. I later received an email telling me that my order had shipped. At this point, I was given a shipping number linked to USPS. However, I kept tracking my package with this number and it appeared that my package was “waiting to be shipped” or stalled at a Los Angeles, California USPS shipping facility. I called the facility, and I was told that my package wasn’t there. Then I emailed Urbandel and expressed my concern. I then checked Urbandel’s website and saw that they had fully closed.
