Scam Description
My wife and I were applying for global entry and inadvertently went to the first site that came up after a google search for global entry. Not only did we give personal information, including social security numbers, we were lead to believe that in addition to the $200 we had to pay for global entry, we paid $300 in application fees. When we arrived for our global entry interview, we were told we were scammed. The ONLY fee we should have paid was the $100 for my wife’s and my application.
