Scam Description
I wanted to report a scam. I received a mailing from Mega Million Inc. They sent me a check for one million. If I send them $250, they will mail me a real check for $750,000. Then they will send another $750,000 the following year. I called them at 702-805-0936. As soon as they said I had to pay $250 I knew it was a scam. I did not give any personal information or pay any money. I did tell them I would go to the bank instead of hanging up on them. He told me to send $250 to the address of 4110 Wiltshire Dr. Garland TX 75043. Send a check made out to John Owen. I did not send the check. They have three phone numbers. 516-234-6531, 702-805-0936 and 01144-74667-92975. I don’t know what kind of phone number that is.
