Scam Description
We tried to recharge my EV twice in the charging station located at 696 Beverly Pike, Elkins, WV 26241 and we got charged over $45 for less than 1 minute each time. After talking with the managing company (Red E Charge, Harold Caldwell Sr Operations Maneger) he requested me prove of the charges made by email. After submitting the requested info he agreed there was an issue and supposedly they will refund my money back. I waited for a week before contact him again and he said the refund was made on their side but I didn’t receive my money. He said athird company was in charge about the refund. It is over 10 days without receiving my refunds, I got charged over $45 to connect my EV for less than a minute twice, definetely this is not right and needs to be called out to avoid more people falling into the same situation as I did.
