Scam Description
Someone took over my Facebook account by changing the email address and phone number on my account. They are now contacting my FB contacts for id and credit card information. I cannot take back the account or notify my friends of the fraud. The email was changed on my account to foantomeallemand20@outlook.fr
I do not know this person. Facebook support does not exist. I have attempted to contact them in 4 separate emails with no response.
Please advise me on what else I can do to protect my friends.
