Scam Description
Ordered a personalized tray that would have a hand painted photo of my home on it. I sent the company a photo of my home and paid by Amex. I sent them numerous emails and spoke to someone also. They said the tray was delayed but would be delivered soon. I have emails to prove this. I originally ordered on December 2nd for a Christmas delivery. I have yet to receive the tray. I subscribe to the owners blog and receive emails from them daily from their store. the website seems to be no longer working.
