Scam Description
I had a package coming via FedEx express. I received an email indicating I owed a customs fee. I follow the link to pay the $1.95 fee and two transactions totaling 168.92 come out of my account immediately once I hit submit for the $1.95 fee. I call the company and they tell me they can cancel the subscriptions I never even signed up for but they can’t refund me anything as they no longer do that. I tried to cancel the payment thru my card vendor and was told I had to wait till it processed and then dispute the transactions.
