Scam Description
I bought a product on their website and I received an email soon after saying they received my order and that the order would arrive in 7-15 days and to not hesitate to contact them with any questions. The subject line of the email was “Payment Succeeded.” After nine days, I had not received any updates or a tracking link, so I emailed them for one, and they responded saying “your goods have been sent out, please check, thank you.” I responded saying I needed a tracking number, and they sent me an empty link. I replied saying the link was empty and that I needed a specific number – no reply. I emailed a couple days later saying I had not received my order and it was past the two week mark and if they had an update – no reply. I emailed a couple days later AGAIN saying it had been three weeks with no update so I need a refund – no reply. Lastly, a few days went by, and I emailed saying I needed an update or that I would call my bank for fraud – I still do not have a reply. It is clear that they just scammed me for money.
