Scam Description
I purchased an arm band for my wife after Christmas on 28 December for $26.34. She had purchased me something similar on Amazon that was from the same company. I paid on the website, received an email confirmation stating that it would be shipped within the next 24-48 hours and a thank you email from the company. I waited about a week, and nothing was delivered. I also tried to look up the shipping information and all it said was pending. I attempted to send an email asking when my order would be sent out and delivered and I received an automatic response that said someone would be in contact with you within 48 hours. I also tried the chat button on the website, and I have not received any response. I have also tried to call the number that was listed under their contact information and the number is not in service. I have looked a previous review on the BBB and have seen that this has been an ongoing issue with other people for quite a while.
