Scam Description
Darrell Santana uses his position at local restaurants, employed at one place but solicits the other to portray as employee to sell reservations to customers $450.00 and up. Thereafter will pocket the money, essentially defrauding the irs of taxable income. A friend and I were ordered to pay $450 in order to eat vs an employee who did not pay near that amount.
Example: $450 x 3 dinner tables sold = 1,350
$1350 x 3 weeks in a month = 4,050
$4050 x 3 months = 12,150
