Scam Description
I placed an order with Arcanein Security Cameras Order # 1342D for a total of $279.92. Never received confirmation of order nor tracking number. After a couple of weeks tried to email them at answer@arcanein.com but was not deliverable. Disputed the charges with Suncoast CREDIT UNION credit card and now they are charging me back because the company contacted my Suncoast credit card and said they delivered the product. When in fact I have never received anything from this company, no even a phone call. Everything I see on the internet about Arcanein is a SCAM.
