Scam Description
On Sunday, 10/16/22, I purchased an item online from their website. I immediately got a confirmation from Paypal that my order was received and paypal gave an individual’s name (Asian) along with their email address – not the company’s name or email. I felt this was an immediate red flag. I then wrote to the ‘customer service’ email address with the company, listed on their site and got no response. The next day, I tried to chat online with the company and there was no one there to chat with. The following day, I sent an email to that individual’s email address – and got no response. Meanwhile, the day after the purchase, funds for the item were withdrawn from my account as well as a .30 ATM fee. That has never happened before – ever! I contacted my bank and they said that the ATM withdrawal was done internationally. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are fraudulent. Their addresses in Delaware and London are not physical addresses where they are. These are addresses used as ‘registered agents’.
