Scam Description
On September 9, 2022 a representative from TrademarkPioneer.com (Artnart* Creative Comp) called and we discussed moving forward with having a trademark application filed on my behalf. I changed my mind at the end of the call, and Informed them of this verbally AND then in writing bia email, but they proceeded to charge my debit card anyway (which they had on file from a previous payment). I asked them to refund it and was ignored. I’ve been ignored since they took the money. No paperwork has ever been given to me, nothing has ever been filed with the USPTO, I have no written contract, no trademark paperwork done, and did not agree to the money being taken.
The address they use apparently doesn’t actually exist.
