Scam Description
Received a mailing advertising financial relief for Illinois families. Applied & received calls from 3 different “loan coaches” – Shauna Welch, who claimed to be a Sr. Loan Advisor, then Ruben, and finally Brian all asking asking for our information. We started to get suspicious and refused to give info to Brian. My fiancé called their 800# the person who answered did not recognize those names. Could not locate a legitimate website address for them either and when you Google map their address is shows a photo of garbage dumpsters.
