For the record I didn’t purchase thru her official website, I purchased thru Instagram where her policies are not stated
I feel the seller should have been more accommodating to the customer being unsatisfied but instead the seller was very argumentative with me over the fact that pics & policies are stated
I explained to her that I was unaware of her policies due to making my purchase thru social media but again she would rather argue with me & that’s very unprofessional in my opinion
