Scam Description
I spent $54 on purchase and shipping and never received my item. I made my purchase May 9th 2022 and it is now July 19th. I emailed them and received a response that I needed to contact the post office and have the package delivered to me because they didn’t add my address to the package. However, when I tried emailing them back to explain that the post office said it was returned to sender I either get no response or a repeat of the first response telling me to contact USPS. When I asked for my money back I get no response. I believe this business is fraudulent. The address on the website does not exist as the city does not match the zip code. The phone number is also non operational. I believe they are a scam that sells non existent items that are never delivered. I do not believe this company even exists, but is a fake business actually run from China wear the supposed tracked packages come from. Their web site needs to be taken down to prevent more people from falling for this scam. Fake contact information is a guarantee of a scam. Wish I had checked the legitimacy of the contact info before I made my purchase.
