Scam Description
Our company purchased hand cleaner that never arrived. The item was never shipped but they charged our credit card $162.06 anyhow. After a month or better we asked for a refund with a check because the card had since been cancelled due to it being compromised. They said they put the credit on the cancelled card and we would have to send our CC statement to issue a check proving we didn’t receive the credit. OK I get that, but after providing our CC statements they severed all communication. I have been trying to contact them since August with no response and no refund. Who charges a CC before the item is even shipped to begin with?! Their address is unknown so I had to put our company’s address instead. They don’t have that info on their website.
