Scam Description
I signed up to receive services from this company and knew within hours that the company was ill-equipped to service my account. I attempted to cancel the next day when the company’s CIO refused to cancel and refund the money paid, even with a request in writing. I again requested, in writing, that the account be canceled. I was told I had to wait until they officially set up my account in their system. I have waited several weeks. It’s now a week from the end of the month when I once again requested cancellation. I was sent instructions that did not work. I, however, did see pending charges through the end of 2023 for services not yet received. I have attempted to delete my account and am now reporting Data 360 for fraud.
