Scam Description
These people come into our complex all week about 5x a day and tow cars and charge almost $400 to get our cars back. Their address on the receipt they give you is for a whole other company and they are not a DBA. When we call the phone number on the tow truck it is someone’s cell phone. They harassed alot of residents here and everyone is afraid of retaliation. I had a visitor one day who was parked in visitor parking and they tried to tow her, we had to run out and argue with them until they left with threats toward us. My neighbors and I have cameras and have to constantly be watching to make sure they are not taking someone’s car. We have complained to our HOA president who does nothing, some residents think he is related to these “tow” people or is getting a percentage from all the tows.
