Scam Description
I attempted to get the Spectrum app on my Smart TV and in order to get the app it asked for a credit card # that wasn’t going to be charged (it wasn’t Spectrum asking for the cc # it was another company). They charged my credit card and I immediately reported fraud on my card and my credit card company changed my card #. Since the initial charge on 6/10/23 they have attempted to charge my credit card 6 times and it is declined every time since the card # has been changed but I still want to report this company that claims to be subscription company but they can’t tell me anything about my subscription.
