Scam Description
I’m not positive it’s a scam, but like the other poster said, they have no contact information on their website, which is fishy.
The caller had a heavy accent, and insisted that we qualified for CA energy upgrade programs, such as subsidies for building an ADU. I told them that we don’t qualify for that (I had already looked into it and we exceed the maximum household income amount to qualify), and they went on to tell me that even though we didn’t qualify they could get us to qualify if someone could just come to our house and have a meeting with us.
At that point I said no thanks and hung up.
