Scam Description
We have been using frontier internet for 10 years now and it had been the most subpar service in the world. They are monopolizing out here and it is the only internet company available. The internet goes out constantly and I had an independent check done on how many outages there was per month. On average our internet went out 333 times per month. We have asked them to fix it and they’ve “repaired it” 12 times to date and it still goes out to this extent. Please help, we don’t know what to do.
