Scam Description
I found this site and booked a ticket to Alaska for about $150 cheaper than I could find on a premier site. I received a reference number and email and thought everything was fine. 24 hours before my flight having received nothing else, I called and they had never booked me on the flight. The customer service rep who calls himself “Jeff“ from India lied and told me he tried to email me and phoned me many times in the month. He recited my phone number with one number incorrect yet in my email inbox wasn’t email sent from them with my correct number. He had access to my correct number , there were lies throughout one and a half to two conversation trying to rectify this situation. The least they could do was find me a ticket for $1200 a day before. More conversation they got it down to 900 and something but I could still find a ticket a few dollars less on a reliable site at that time. it was extremely disappointing as this was a business trip and I needed to get to Alaska the next day. Speak to the manager and he was even pretty short with me. I know they are not practicing quality business are scamming people and lying. They should absolutely be shut down. There is zero integrity or customer service.
