Scam Description
I called a phone number listed under Jet Blue but they led me to believe I was dealing with Jet Blue. They told me only they could rebook my ticket and I would not be able to do so without additional charges. The additional charges were $401.98. They made a flight reservation for extra $401.98 they told me I could not do it myself only they can do it. I only discovered afterwards they were not Jet Blue. I am a senior citizen. This company is a fraud and preys on the elderly.
