Scam Description
Went to a vacation promotional seminar by Lux Vacation Resorts at Courtyard, San Luis Obispo on 8/31/2022, . Sat through the presentation and chose not to buy. We were given a “Air,Hotel and More” package that we had to redeem in 30 days. We mailed it in on 9/8//22 by USPS Certified Mail Delivered 9/12/22). We were told we would receive our package in 21 days or less. It has been 4 weeks & have received nothing !!! We were also told we would get a $150 dollar gas card by email. Received nothing to date. This company is a total scam. Do not let them continue in their seduction and humanity deception.
