Scam Description

My husband went on computer and found bill from company calling themselves “Geek Squad”. He called the co. Phone number which was provided. He told them that he did not want or authorize their service. Geek Squad replied that they had already authorized their service and debted our bank account. They said they had already updated my software and then they would return that money that they had debted from my account. They then ask me for my name and an amount of $500 to be placed back into my account from a Chase Bank. I entered 500$ but two more zeros appeared resulting in $5000.00 entering my account. In all, paid them &1000.
