Scam Description
Called number online listed as You Tube Tv customer needed to check on my system, Once accessed my computer, said only the experts at CCNA needs to handle the problem so it wont happen again. Showing on computer screen two locations for this CCNA- one in Plant City, Fla , another in Hudson, Fla. Noticed a fee of $300. online assistance or $350.00 for assist at the office. Said all agents worked from home. Sam also said he could put special emergency request to CCNA. I informed him, no as I didn’t have $300.00
