Scam Description
Yamaava Casino and resort refused to give me my $2000 plus $75 fee for buying the ticket that I bought as a gaming ticket after their ATM printed a ticket and redirected me to take it to the cage on August 29 2024. I purchased a gaming ticket of $2000 with $75 fee for a total of $2075. from one of the ATMs. But I got redirected to cash the ticket at the cage where they, including Li liana who is one of the supervisors started asking me all irrelevant questions such as where’s your player’s card? Which machines do you usually play? etc. They took my ID and the debit card I used to purchase the ticket and kept them for a long time. They eventually told me, they can not pay me the money. (Mind you, it’s my own money). They said I need to contact my bank and dispute it! What a horror? Minutes before this, the machine I was playing kept rejecting any $100 I put prompting me to insert my player’s card but since they don’t have good slot points for the amount of money I spend I usually don’t even use my card. When I take the $100 rejected at the machine to an ATM, the ATM gives me CDU card to be cashed at the cage than giving me my money back in changes. When I eventually tried to buy the $2000 gaming ticket, that’s when it eventually caused the horror full experience of, ” unfortunately, we can not give you your money. You should dispute it with your bank “. If it was about verification, they could easily have checked their cameras and verify that it was me who purchased the card. After all, they had my debit card and my ID. My chase bank took one month to investigate the issue and sent me a mail yesterday that my claim is invalid and to contact the casino. When I contacted Li liana who is a supervisor at the cage today, she told me she will call me back. I need this office to immediately resolve the issue so that I can get my money back immediately because Chase bank put temporary credit of the disputed amount and they said they will withdraw it from my account on September 03 since the merchant gave them a different story than mine.
