Scam Description
I received a call from someone claiming to be from Publishers Clearing House. They told me I won $30,000 and I would need to go to Krogers to get my confirmation number and purchase a gift card and I could go to any bank and get them oney back. He told me he would stay on the phone with me while I went and got the gift card but I hung up.
