Scam Description
I received a text message from a person claiming to be Norman Doerr, a 2022 Powerball winner. The text message claimed that my number was 1 of 2 “randomly” selected to receive $20,000. The text stated I should text the agent in charge on the phone number 281-932-9757 for confirmation and to claim my win. The text said the agent’s name is Randel.
