Scam Description
The exact same verbage as someone filed on August 2022. I read the response how ever it’s not clear about how the 1 % (see screenshot)
“Therefore, an outstanding 1% of Fees which is required for declaration of your prize payout.”
My Andrew Goldberg told me that I had to go get a One Vanilla Visa Gift Card and have 254.99 put on it. Even told me which store to go to and wanted to know how long it would take me to get the card and be back. But was told I had to call PCH back, ask for Andrew Goldberg and tell him when I get the visa card. This is to proove I’m legit. He then calls the delivery guy to bring my prizes.
