Scam Description
I Received a text message claiming to be the couple Tammy and Cliff Webster, the powerball lottery winners from WI. It states they are giving away $100,000 if I call Frank Smith. I did not go any further than opening the text message. Did a quick Google search to realize it is indeed a known scam.
