Scam Description
Luxe Locator assured me they could help locating me an apartment. Fee for their service was $500 I paid that. Then I paid admin and app fee $300. They told me I was approved with conditions, I then paid $320. I told them the date for move in would be 02/24/24, I was told my prorated rent for February would be $107 and rent for March $1249 so I then paid $ 1356. She was supposed to meet me at the apartment, she kept saying be there in 30 minutes, then after another 30 minutes pass, I call and she says she had an accident. I’m like why today she gets in an accident. So she blocked me. She scammed me and I’m still in shock.??
