Scam Description
I received a postal mail with the same prompt and intent. That I have not contacted them to renew my home warranty. Asking me to respond immediately. They had my Lender info at and a legitimate seeming customer Id for me. I noticed that they did not claim to be my Lender, only info about my mortgage holder which would imply they were. Seemed suspicious, I googled the number which led me here.
