Scam Description
I received a cell phone call at 8:08 am EST from an unknown caller who said the call would be monitored. The female introduced herself as a representative from “American Credit Union” and said she would assist with a payment that I had made on 9/18/2024 ( which of course, is completely fabricated) . She asked outright for my debit card information to process this payment. I told her no and hung up.
