Scam Description
I called the number below associated with AT&T where I proceeded to “set up” my internet. The person said they were with AT&T and went through all of the account questions to set up my internet. At the end of my call, I was asked if I was interested in a security system. I was interested in their offer and thought nothing of it that AT&T partnered with another company to provide security systems. Although this wouldn’t have been an issue if the original person I had spoke to ACTUALLY set up my internet. No one I spoke with was actually with AT&T
