Scam Description
I received a letter that only identified itself as Card Fraud Detection.Based in Symmes Township Ohio. I called my bank about this they have no affiliation with whoever this is. I then contacted the number provided on the letter. I received an automated service wanting me to put in my debit card number. I was able to get around this and talk to an individual who also wanted my card number. When asked who this company was I was told they operate on behalf of the bank to prevent fraud.I told the person that I had already contact my bank and they were not represented by this company. To which there was silence and an ending of the phone call
