Scam Description

Three different individuals at *********** *******, in Salt Lake City, UT, received identical emails (but from two different email addresses) offering us an upright piano as a gift. When our ***** department responded to the email, we were told we just needed to pay $452 to the shipping company for the piano to be shipped from New Jersey. An invoice from Global Delivery Security Company was also attached to the follow-up email. Going to that company’s website, we see that it is only partially built, but much of the language (and some of the graphics) on the pages describing its services is duplicated, word for word (and typo for typo) on at least a dozen other sparse webpages for delivery companies in the U.S., Canada, and U.K. See also: https://www.freight.globalserviceslog.com/sea-freight.html https://anhub.in/sea_freight.html https://joaquindeliverys.services/services.html http://antiescortcourierdelivery.com/sea-freight.html https://www.alphaglobalshippers.com/service/ocean-cargo/ https://www.elcodel.com/single_service3.php https://swiftexpressdispatch.com/single_service3.php https://www.rclservico.com/single_service3.pp https://www.ooilgroups.com/sea-freight.html https://www.asiaglobaldeliveryservices.com/sea-freight.php https://www.cancourierserv.com/sea-freight.html https://www.clogisticsuk.com/ https://upexcou.com/
