Scam Description
My husband and I was getting this house for rent from a man by the name of Peter Quilling. The house was located at 4459 Sumner’s Wells. We paid everything that we was suppose to pay and then we were to meet him at the house to sign the lease and to do a walk through. Mr. Quillin never showed up. I am about to be homeless. I need to know how I got by getting out money back.
