Scam Description
i called the number, because the text message said my insurance plan has changed, so i called the number–he asked to confirm my address, phone number and email. He said he works for NYS gov and now i have a premium to pay today, $398 and if my income changes at the end of the year i will be refunded this cost through my tax return. He tried to get a visa number, i declined. I told him i wanted this all in writing, which is why i gave him my email and phone number and address. wanted to see in writing.
