“This is Annie Walker. I am contacting you on this open claim resubmitted to my office today I need to get you your documents on this claim you’ll have to call the office urgently properly verify for this delivery of documentation they can be reached at 855-411-4266 the case number one more listed is going to be 270790.” Then says “we will be arriving shortly.” She uses the name of my former brother in law in Texas, but calls from 985-247-8008.
