Scam Description
Scam stated that i had an arrest warrant for failure to appear for jury duty. Case # 24-cl-69541 also FTA-cvz69451 COC-cv-65932. Scammer knew my name address and month and year of my birth. Said judge davic c nye was the one who had signed the failed to appear. Also said in February a sheriff hand delivered a notice to appear in court said it was signed by my family. Deputy miller badge #1402 contacted me then transferred me to his captain mike laky badge # 1488. They both told me I was under a gag order and could not text or use the internet during my call. The captain wanted to stay on the phone with me while I drove to the sheriff office to be arrested. Told them i was in my car they got mad said i was lying and they would dispatch officers and hung up. I tried to get the captain phone number, but he hung up. I reported this information to Ada County sheriff office. Wanted to let them know it was happening and to help others avoid being scammed
