On 7/3/2024 we received a “Final Notice” letter for home warrenty, expiration date of 7/10/2024, listing our mortgage company with “Home Warrenty Division” in upper left hand corner. No address listed in letter or on envelope. Letter is signed by “George Walker, Program Director” and phone # 1-877-XXX-XXXX for spanish 877-xxx-xxxx.
