Scam Description
Called number just got voicemail, talked through chat and they would not answer my questions regarding the dates the debt or who the credit card company was. Their website says household bank card (hsbc) but they are telling me that’s not who the money is owed to but refuses to give me that information. I had to enter the last 4 of my ssn to log into their website, which I now regret. I contacted hsbc and they have no record of me having an account with them.
