Scam Description
I had a voicemail from spectrum stating that they could lower my bill by 50%. It would for 2 year and they would throw in specialty channels. All we had to do was pay for the whole year up front at normal price up front and then I would only pay $80 a month and I would be refunded the following year. I called the number I had for spectrum and they told me it was a scam.
