Scam Description
Called to confirm shipping address for ACT study guide and practice tests immediately after daughter signed up for ACT test at act.org. Identified himself as Owen Golden and provided follow up number of 8447000080. Said materials were free for 30 days but would be charged if kept longer than that. Need cc for if not returned. Knew my daughter’s name and test date and my address. Daughter did not provide any of my info when signing up for test and did not request materials. 249.95 charged to card. Cancelled card.
